I have two chickens that I got from post office in Feb. They look full sized. I can not remember their breed but they are pure white. I worried about putting them outside. Are they ready? Does anyone know. I still new to this.

How old do the chicks need to be before you give them meal worms, oyster shell, etc? I have started washing out our eggs and air drying to be combined with the oyster shell later.
Any advise. My chicks are almost 4 weeks old
