Oh, my girls would love one of these feeders! I'm really enjoying your blog. I love the names you have for your chickens! Mine have all been named after characters in "I Love Lucy" and "The Andy Griffith Show" --- Ricky Ricardo (who sadly passed away on Wednesday at age 9), Lucy Ricardo, Fred Mertz (now head rooster since Ricky's gone), Thelma Lou (Barney's girlfriend), Helen Crump (killed by a predator last year, still sadly missed, and named after Andy's girlfriend), and 9-week old babies named Skippy, Daphne, Aunt Bea, Mrs. Mendelbreit, Jennifer Morrison, Clarabelle Morrison. The sign I painted for the chicken yard says "Mayberry." Of course. By the way, my 3 standard donkeys are Opie Taylor, Otis Campbell, and Virgil Fife (named after Barney's cousin played by Michael J. Pollard). Life on the farm here is such fun! Sending blessings your way.
