  12. Have to let you know, after 2 long years of our home construction completed I bought my chicks Friday a week ago. I have become a Mother Hen and love every minute of it. Your blog has prepared me for chickie life, my husband is still on the fence but I'm sure he will come around eventually :) The feeder would be a great tool when they become big enough for the coop, so I'm crossing my fingers and toes for good luck!!! Again, thank you for blogging, you have definitely made my chicken life better with your knowledge!!

I love your blog! As a first time chicken owner, I have found so much great advice here and my chickens are happy and healthy because of it! Thank you so much! This feeder is what my husband and I have been looking at to feed "the girls" because it is so great for keeping mice out! I would love this one so much!

Hi! I currently use a regular bird feeder for my girls. It worked until one hen learned to tip it over! This would be perfect!

  190. Since following your blog a few months ago, I have added curtains to the hens laying nests, and just today added The Chicken Fountain. It is on a slow drip for them to learn and can't wait till they figure it all out. The Chicken Fountain looks both clean and professional in the coup! I would love to win this feeder! After 12 years of being a chicken owner you have renewed my interest in improving their conditions. Thanks!
