Happy Spring, Kathy! There's snow in the forecast for Tuesday. Oy!
I've linked up a variety of Spring recipes to help my kitchen feel like the weather is *supposed* to acting outside. I've got 2 recipes using asparagus--Roasted Asparagus with Chicken Jelly Noodles and Ham, Leek, Asparagus and Egg Pizza (and the reality check that it was for me!). I've also got a lovely radish sandwich spread, great for getting additional vegetables in the afternoon.
    Thanks for hosting!

Our feed store only seem to carry the 40# bags. Do your chicks prefer pellet or crumbles? I bought one bag of pellets at a different store when our feed store was closed and I ran out (of course didn't realize until 15 min after our store closed). It seemed like they went through it faster, but might be my imagination. I think one bag only lasted a week for my 17.
