I'm very scared to have an incubator as my flock grows frequently without one... but it would be far too much fun to have a small hatch! (good thing the capacity on this isn't too big!)

In the past I've used the Hovabator and my brother-in-law borrowed it and NEVER returned it! Anyway the Brinsea has some features that I would love. I've hatched out lots of chicks and this year it would be nice to only have a few vs. 25 from the hatchery. Thanks for another great giveaway.

    Kathy,
I love the colors of eggs shown in the incubator photo--our farm shares have given us a lovely variety of shell colors, but our current egg supplier (my neighbor's coworker's flock, if that's not too hard to follow) has mostly the same shades of eggshells. No matter--the goodness inside is always wonderful.
I'm linking up a delicious Slow Cooker Sweet Potato Chili for you today, with roasted Hatch chiles I picked up at the grocery store down the road last summer, and corn from the farm share. A great meal for a transitional time.
Since I'm not Irish, I can eat bratwurst for St Patrick's Day if I want to! This time I braised it with Guinness and served it atop a baked potato with broccoli and cheese. An easy, straightforward meal.
Finally, I've got a triple recipe--on the link above I've got Hoisin-sesame Swai and Hoisin-roasted radishes, and on my FB and G+ pages I've shared the Asian Beet Greens shown alongside.
    Thanks for hosting!

this would be a dream come true to win, convinced a friend of mine to get chickens and she's getting 7 from my flocks fertile eggs, it's gonna be my first time incubating and I would so so love this perfect little incubator! I tried convincing my hens to go broody so I didn't have to get an incubator but they seem to just wanna rebel....

  162. Would love to have this for my Pre-k classroom. It would help make the children establish a love for nature with a better understanding of a life cycle.
