This would be perfect for my upcoming hatch!! I'm new to this, and I'm already in love with chicken-keeping :) Can't wait to experience hatching out my own chicks!! Love your blog, especially the cute pics with the awesome coffee quotes. I put them all on my work desktop. My coworkers think I'm nutty, LOL. They have NO idea!

  20. Kathy,
Thanks so much for featuring my Very Veggie Puff Pastry Pizza Bites!
I spent a whirlwind 202 minutes at the outlet mall last Friday picking up more puff pastry, as well as pears and placemats, and plan to play with it more in the future.
Today I'm linking up a Breakfast Salad--this would also be good for a Breakfast for Dinner or a Meatless Monday meal--you name the occasion, it's a tasty plate of food. I've also got Confetti Turkey Enchiladas--I made the enchilada sauce using some Slow Roasted Tomatoes I'd put up in season. Always glad to use the stuff from the freezer in a delicious way. Finally I'm sharing a sweet treat--not a pizza!--Chocolate Cherry Almond Magic Bars. These are rich and easily made from pantry staples.
    Thanks for hosting!
