  17. Kathy,
I'm glad to be back in the swing of things and join in your Blog Hop again this year! Even though all teams I have any sort of affection for are now out of the running, I'm interested in Game Day Snacks--specifically getting more vegetables on our snacking plates. I'm sharing Soy Sriracha Roasted Mushrooms (delicious straight out of the oven or room temp, they are a good make ahead), Corn and Black Bean Salsa in Avocado Cups (and a bonus recipe on my FB page) and a Buffalo Chicken Dip Pizza. Ok technically that one is a decadent cheese-fest, but it does contain celery so it works.
    Thanks for hosting!

We like to let our chickens into the garden as long as the plants are tall enough to keep the chickens from eating all the leaves off. Unfortunately, this last year their favorite thing to do was dig up the tomato roots. They acted like the dirt there was the best in the area for dust baths. ;)
