    Kathy,
Thanks for hosting! I've got a delicious condiment for you today: Green Tomato Bacon Jam. I made it using tomatoes that were on not ripening on the vine due to cool nights. It's terrific as a sandwich spread and with gyros, but my most favorite thing is to mix it up in burger meat. It adds just a little something extra to a burger.
I'm also sharing a dairy- and gluten free Thai inspired Chicken Noodle soup. As it gets cooler, I'm always happy for a new chicken noodle soup variation.
Finally, I wouldn't be me without a pizza, now would I?
I'm sharing a Chopped Vegetable Pizza with you today, inspired by one beautifully photographed by one of my classmates in my 30 Days to Better Food Photography challenge. It's a pretty customizable recipe, works with whatever you've got.
    Have a fun week!
