    Kathy,

What a great assortment of features you've got in this party. Well done you, finding folks who blog about a huge variety of topics.

I've got 3 recipes to share with you today--for breakfast, Fresh Peaches and (leftover from ice cream-making) Cream Muffins.

My peach-loving daughter thinks these muffins taste like pound cake, then again she's used to my less sugar, more whole grain style of cooking so what does she know?

I'm sharing a vegan and gluten free and easy tasty side dish--Simple and Satisfying Green Beans. I won a Kindle copy of Carrie's Experimental Kitchen's cookbook, A Collection of Mediterranean-Inspired Recipes, and adapted her delicious Outback Steakhouse beans to suit a variety of dietary needs. I really like getting all the fresh produce in my summer CSA farm share box--it makes it super easy to feed my family from the CSA!

My last recipe is a use for any leftover grilled veggies (squash, peppers, whatever you've got). I used them atop a par-baked ciabatta loaf and it was one of the fastest easiest pizzas I've made in a while.

    Thanks for hosting!
