    Kathy,
I'm got a "puttin' up" post for you today--Fresh Tomato Pesto. This is a great way to save the flavor of summer tomatoes (cherry tomatoes, grape tomatoes, all the way up to heirloom or beefsteak tomatoes!) for winter use. I've made this recipe with 4 types of tomatoes, 3 types of leaves, and 2 types of nuts. It's dairy and gluten free, vegan, stores well in the freezer at least up to 6 months . . . though it will not mow the lawn for you. ;)
I'm also sharing how I use that great tomato pesto on a fresh mozzarella pizza, and, in case you're not into tomatoes, a Double Chocolate Raspberry Muffin--and it's whole grain, too!
    Thanks for hosting!

So many of us buy wheat bread thinking it's healthier for us... and it
turns out to be no different that the white bread next to it on the
shelf. I shared a post on how to know if your wheat bread TRULY is
    healthy, because there's a 75% chance that it's not. I also shared a
post on sourdough – the 101 class covering all the basics on this
    amazing and delicious bread.
