I needed a fun Valentine's Day treat for the boys in my daughter's kindergarten class
since I had made the girls these Flower Hair Clip Valentine's Day cards.
These Tootsie Pop treats are super quick to assemble. I have made different versions of them, one uses card stock and the other, foam sheets.
For the foam sheet version, simply cut out three hearts for each lollipop, use a paper puncher to make a hole at the bottom of each heart and slide the heart up the lollipop stick. Attach a leaf if desired, using the same technique.

I found this version of the lollipop flowers at Skip to My Lou a few years ago. This is Cindy's template for the flowers and template for the leaves. Simply cut out flower on card stock and poke lollipop stick through it! I put some floral foam in a basket and stuck the lollipops in it for a cute display. Cindy has lots of other fun, Valentines' Day crafts on her blog, Skip to my Lou!
